A highly experienced litigator with specialist expertise in commercial contractual disputes and insolvency matters, Paul regularly advises clients in all aspects of dispute resolution. He is particularly experienced in property related and finance sector disputes, as well as trust claims.

His work in insolvency law spans liquidations, receiverships, voluntary administrations and bankruptcies. He is extremely well known and respected among the wide circle of insolvency practitioners in Brisbane. In particular, Paul has a lot of experience working within the Clubs industry, providing strategic turnaround and restructuring advice. He uses his experience to help clients minimise exposure and personal liability.

In the debt recovery area, Paul provides expert advice to retail and commercial banking clients on the recovery of secured and unsecured loans.

Paul spends time to understand each client’s business, specific issues and goals when working on disputes. He is known for being approachable and decisive, with an innate ability to quickly uncover the crux of any issue.
