As a Partner in our Property team, Anthony is a development, planning and environment, and major events specialist. He is also one of the few property law specialists accredited by the Queensland Law Society.

Anthony acts for clients on a range of property matters including acquisitions and disposals of retail, commercial and industrial property. Clients value his speed and accuracy particularly in due diligence investigations.

Property developers and owners regularly seek Anthony’s advice on environmental and town planning matters where he becomes an integral part of their project teams. He also acts for clients in litigation in the Planning and Environment Court. Clients include owners and/or operators of residential and industrial properties, hotels, schools, poultry farms, quarries, aged care facilities, service station and shopping and childcare centres.

Achieving outcomes for clients in difficult or complex planning matters is a great motivator for Anthony.

When major events come to play, Anthony advises sponsors and event hosts on contractual relations with event organisers. He is experienced in matching event deliverables with sponsors’ performance outcomes – allowing contracts to be negotiated quickly, and hosts and organisers to move forward with the event.
