Winner of the 2024 Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Award in the Migration Law category, Sarv is an experienced Migration lawyer with a proven record of successfully advising clients on their best pathways to Australian permanent residency.

She is experienced working with a plethora of clients including private individuals as well as corporate entities and understands that honest and pragmatic advice as to viable visa options is important to those making life-altering decisions.

Sarv has particular experience advising clients in relation to the family sponsored visa program and regularly presents at industry events and contributes submissions and recommendations to governmental inquiries in this space.

Sarv is recognised for her ability to build productive relationships with her clients and to truly service them, which is particularly beneficial in an area such as Migration Law where matters may take several years to finalise. This innate quality coupled with her exceptional technical skills allows her to provide solutions to her clients.
