Cybelle is an Associate in the Banking & Finance Team specialising in commercial lending. She acts for all types of lenders including private lenders, fund managers, real estate developers and individuals lending to family and their companies. She also acts for borrowers and guarantors advising on loan and security documents and documenting their financial arrangements.

Prior to joining Mullins, Cybelle worked in reputable QLD law firms acting for major banks across both commercial and residential banking and finance transactions in all jurisdictions. Throughout her career Cybelle has had exposure to both front-end and back-end transactions relating to secured and unsecured loans.  

Cybelle is also a fluent speaker of Cantonese and Mandarin. She is committed to providing insightful and proactive legal advice to help clients achieve favourable outcomes.
