David is a Partner in our Insurance Litigation Team.

David has worked in insurance litigation, with a focus on workers’ compensation claims since 2013. David has represented a variety of insurers in the areas of CTP, public liability and workers’ compensation.

David acts for workers’ compensation insurers managing pre-litigated and litigated workers’ compensation claims, identifying and investigating potential breaches of fraud provisions of the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003, and determining applications under section 132A of the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003

David has particular expertise in complex psychiatric injuries.
