Annabelle is a Senior Associate with a keen interest and experience in the hospitality industry.

Annabelle has extensive experience advising clients on the sale and purchase of hotels, resorts and other licensed premises, negotiating leases for hotels, community clubs, bottle shops and other commercial property, and assisting clients with liquor and gaming licensing work that their businesses require.

She has also advised clients on a number of greenfield hotel and club development sites including acting on all matters relating to the acquisition, leasing and licensing strategy. She has considerable experience in preparing Community Impact Statements and other tailored submissions that accompany greenfield liquor and gaming applications, as well as other complex licensing applications.

Annabelle advises clients including national pubs, clubs, restaurants, cinemas, resorts and accommodation venue operators and property owners and developers.
