Fiona is a Partner in our Property team. Leasing is Fiona’s specialty and she has significant experience advising clients across private and government sectors.

With more than 18 years of experience in property transactions, Fiona works across all aspects of leasing, including retail, commercial and industrial transactions on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Her clients include large institutional landlords, national corporate and retail tenants, religious organisations, property developers and individual property owners.

Fiona’s specialisation comes into its own in the difficult area of retail leasing. She works with landlords on shopping centre transactions including agreements for leases on yet to be constructed centres, redevelopments, expansions and relocations. She also works across everyday leasing, assignments, renewals and surrenders for an array of commercial clients.

Fiona is consistent and service-driven, evidenced by the ease in which she handles even the most complex matters.
