Louise is a Partner in our Property team and has more than 22 years of experience.
She advises clients on all aspects of law relating to hotel and pub transactions, providing commercial advice on property and business matters.
In this often complex area of practice, clients value Louise’s efficiency, ethics and technical ability. She advises on the sale and purchase of hotels and other licensed premises; negotiates complex leasing for hotels, detached bottle shops and commercial property; advises on liquor licences (including new applications and transfers) and various types of applications in relation to gaming machine licences.
Louise also prepares submissions on community impact relevant to gaming applications, liquor applications and objections to liquor licensing applications.
Her clients include owners, tenant operators and developers of small to large hotels and pubs as well as commercial clients such as property developers, retailers and individuals.
Louise thrives on achieving outcomes for clients, whether that means effectively dealing with uncommon scenarios or reaching settlement at the end of a heavily negotiated or difficult deal.
Experienced, logical and approachable, Louise is an asset to our Property team.
