Rachel is a Senior Associate in our Wills and Estates team.
Rachel was admitted in 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Master of Laws, both from the University of Queensland and a Master of Laws (Applied)(majoring in Wills and Estates) from the College of Law.
Prior to joining our firm, Rachel worked for a well-regarded succession law firm. While she works across all areas of wills and estates, her primary area of practice is estate litigation.
Rachel has experience in advising clients on all aspects of estate litigation including family provision applications, contested probate matters including proof in solemn form applications and caveats, removal of executors, superannuation claims, contentious estate administration disputes, claims against attorneys and QCAT applications.
Before specialising in wills and estates, Rachel worked in general practice law firms gaining a wealth of experience across a range of practice areas, in particular family law and commercial litigation. Her broad experience positions her well to provide holistic advice to clients, who appreciate her commitment and dedication to achieving the best outcome in all the circumstances.
